Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our card shop, we are unable to offer refunds or returns by default. Please see our note below detailing refunds that we may provide in limited cases. We thank you for your understanding as we work hard to provide beautifully crafted hand-drawn cards at a very competitive price.
Details
If we see an email communication from you before we have started processing your order, we may agree to refund a portion of the order. Online credit card processing fees and other business charges we incur will be subtracted out of the total to re-cooperate expenses we incur. In this case, you will get an automated email stating the order is on hold/being reviewed for refund.
Note on Statuses: Orders are not marked Completed status (“shipped”) in the system until the package is sent out in the mail. However, there are still charges that we will incur prior to this for shipping packages, stamps, shipping labels, operating costs, etc.
If you are approved for a partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
